P90 is a device with one form that allows embossing, from any type of material (cotton, fabrics with elastomers, microfibers, multilayer fabrics, etc.) • The machine consists of two parts: putting on and taking off, on two replaceable cold disks according to size • The machine works by dropping two heated bells from the top, which reduces thermal losses and maintains the material in the right position, and by raising the molds heated from below. • The system reduces extrusion time to about 25 depending on the type of material • There is a possibility to adjust the height of the forms inside bells to obtain the right cup height • All periods and temperatures are modified using special digital controllers • The machine is equipped with PLC SIEMENS • Quick and easy size change without additional electrical connections; perfect interchangeability of molds and discs • Clock for starting and shutting down in weekly mode (on request)
