WARRANTY AND CLAIMS

1. Upon receipt of the goods, the Buyer is obliged to check the shipment. Any damage must be immediately reported to the courier and the Bellussi Group Sales Department. A damage report must be drawn up as the basis for a claim.

2. Bellussi Group Sp. z o.o., hereinafter referred to as the Guarantor, declares that the products offered in the store are free from physical defects and provides a warranty under the conditions and scope specified below:

   • The warranty period is 12 months from the date of purchase of the device, i.e., the date of delivery or personal collection.

   • The warranty is granted to the purchaser, hereinafter referred to as the Entitled Party, and is valid within the territory of the European Union.

   • The warranty covers defects that appear during the warranty period in the course of using the device and that result from manufacturing errors.

3. The claimed device must be delivered at the Entitled Party’s own expense to the address below, together with:

   • a correctly completed warranty card,

   • a copy of the proof of purchase,

   • a detailed description of the defect and information about the circumstances of its occurrence,
     after prior contact with the Bellussi Sales Department.

4. The Entitled Party must properly secure and pack the device for transport.

5. The Guarantor undertakes to repair defects free of charge without delay, and no later than within 14 working days from the date of delivery of the device to Bellussi Group Sp. z o.o. Warranty repairs include replacing or repairing factory-defective parts. Warranty repairs do not provide for the replacement of the product with a new one. If a spare part required for warranty repair must be imported from abroad, the repair period may be extended, and the Guarantor will promptly inform the Entitled Party. A device repaired under warranty will be returned at the Guarantor’s expense to the address indicated by the Entitled Party within the territory of the Republic of Poland. The costs of returning a repaired device to an address outside the Republic of Poland shall be borne by the Entitled Party.

6. The Guarantor shall not be liable for damage to the device resulting from:
   a) improper or non-compliant use according to the User Manual,
   b) mechanical, thermal, or chemical damage occurring during transport due to improper securing, caused by the Entitled Party, negligence, external forces, contamination, or foreign objects entering the device,
   c) improper or non-compliant installation according to the User Manual,
   d) installation carried out by unauthorized persons,
   e) deposits from the water used,
   f) intervention by unauthorized service, unauthorized repairs, modifications, or structural changes,
   g) faulty electrical installation, power grid damage, incorrect voltage, or lightning strikes,
   h) use of inappropriate spare parts.

7. The warranty does not cover:
   a) operating activities that the user must carry out at their own expense, such as installation, connection, training, maintenance, and cleaning,
   b) parts subject to normal wear and tear during proper use of the device before the warranty period expires (e.g., heating elements, seals, fuses, bulbs) and their replacement,
   c) electrical and electronic components.

8. Bellussi Group Sp. z o.o. shall not be liable for damage to persons or property resulting from a device failure or forced interruption in its use.

For commercial transactions between companies, the warranty and claim rules are specified in the General Terms and Conditions for Distributors and/or in the contract concluded between companies by individual arrangements.
