P88 / 2 / BASIC embossing machine for foam bowls in two forms
with two double molds, specially designed for extruding bras made of foam-type stretch materials; it produces 4 bras in each cycle.

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
• The machine consists of two heads, on which one male form can be installed on top and one solid counter (female) on the bottom plate. The forms have two prints (two cups on each form). Sizes: 350 x 250 x h = 150 mm.
• The operator positions the material, presses two buttons to start the cycle.
• The activity is performed by falling from the top of the male mold to the female form at the pneumatically controlled speed.
• Molds without electric heaters, equipped with a centering system.
• All periods and temperatures are controlled by digital time and temperature controllers.
• The machine is equipped with a PLC SIEMENS.
• Easy and quick exchange of molds.
• Timer enabling and disabling the machine in weekly mode (on demand).
